Return Process

  • Create a refund/return request or request a callback through the CityMall app
  • Our support team will arrange pickup and process your refund after verification
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of pickup

Refund Methods

  • Cash payments: Refunded to your Gullak wallet within 1 day after pickup
  • Online payments: Refunded to your original payment method within 7 days after pickup
